Our Swim Enfield Internship Programme is a yearly initiative designed to help young people embark on a rewarding career in swim coaching. This comprehensive scheme provides interns with the opportunity to work towards their Level 1 Assistant Swimming Coach qualification, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field.

Throughout the programme, interns gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our experienced coaching team. This practical training is complemented by theoretical learning, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.

In addition to the qualification, we offer part-time employment opportunities to successful interns, allowing them to continue their professional development while contributing to our coaching team.
